Position of the respondents fall under two levels, the management level and the non-management level. Pre-testing was done and results show that there's no difference on the perception of the management level on the two banks whereas a sight difference can be noticed on the perception of the non-management level on the said banks. Percentages were used as basis of the analysis. |
