In this light, a proposed service plan has been developed to address the heightening competition the resort is being faced with. Service development, marketing, promotions, and public relations strategies have been designed to enhance Punta Baluarte Resort's service, increase sales and market share, and to ensure customer satisfaction among all of Punta Baluarte's clients. |
