Punta Baluarte Resort belongs to one of the fastest growing industries in the country--the tourism industry. With the increasing number of visitor arrivals to the Philippines as well as domestic travelers within the country, opportunities for Punta Baluarte are countless. On the other hand, as the industry grows, competition intensifies among the industry players battling it out with their beaches, facilities, and rates. In this light, a proposed service plan has been developed to address the heightening competition the resort is being faced with. Service development, marketing, promotions, and public relations strategies have been designed to enhance Punta Baluarte Resort's service, increase sales and market share, and to ensure customer satisfaction among all of Punta Baluarte's clients.
