In line with Faces' image of the being the premiere party place, the group came up with recommendations that will reach out to a different market within the AB class, yet maintaining the image it has kept for the past 7 years. Banquet sales will be developed as this will provide a vital increase in revenues. There will be four different themes that the customers can choose from or they can developed their own theme to suit their needs. Advertisements will be concentrated on the print medium since most of the target market tend to have more time to read than to watch television or listen to the radio. These ads will be placed in magazines and newspapers that have an exclusive circulation among the AB crowd. Certain existing promotional efforts will be maintained. However, promotional efforts formulated will focus more on increasing attendance on lean nights. The total cost required for this plan is P 7,814,864. Banquet requires P 2,940,000, P1,780,030 will go to Ads, P1,374,732 will go to Promos, and P36,000 will go to Research and Evaluation. As a result of these proposals, it is expected that there will be a 39.4% increase in sales and a 139% increase on Net Income Before Tax. To evaluate this plan, research would be conducted through surveys and observations which will be done during and after the implementation.
