It is exclusively distributed by ASAP Computers Phils., Inc. in the country. In a span of six (6) months of operation, IMPACT Award has been implemented in five (5) major multinational corporations. Moreover, the company can expect to have, at a minimum, fifteen (15) clients or sites annually upon pursuing the marketing plan proposed by the group. The increase in ASAP Computers Phils., Inc. revenue will need an investment of P 1,049,537.50 for the entire marketing plan proposed for the next year, 1996. Despite this large capital outlay, the company will have a net income of P 5,855,336.00.
From this short term plan, an office in Cebu City shall be established on the company's third year. In addition, at least two (2) resellers shall be selected from the same area for the purpose of achieving greater market penetration. The company shall also avail of print advertising to play a supportive role in increasing product awareness not only in the Cebu area but also in Metro Manila. Furthermore, ASAP Computers Phils., Inc. shall invest on research and development focused on application software programming.
In order to ensure that the objectives are attained, the company shall carry out various evaluation and monitoring techniques and programs. For the marketing unit, they shall submit monthly reports on sales performance. While a quarterly report on training and implementation schedule of the respective clients are updated. A job performance rating too shall be used in order to evaluate the personnel. Finally, there will be a quarterly forum to assess the company's performance in relation to its resellers and clients. The implementation of such evaluative tools shall also be used as an instrument to improve customer relations. Consequently, the company shall not only experience growth in terms of sales but maintain good customer and business relationships. |
