It has provided ample services and facilities although improvements in its service delivery system may be considered. The service plan aims to increase sales by 10% from the 1999 projected sales of Php 130,772,892.40 to year 2000 projected sales of Php 143,850,184.90 after one year. It also expects to reach a total sales revenue of Php 160,000,000 after 2 years. Forecasts may be attained by the implementation of the proposed service development programs which primarily develop and improve the customer experience. Awareness may be increased by 65% of the domestic target market by implementing the proposed advertising and promotion campaigns. The entire service plan would require an investment of Php 4,077,519.84 with a 10% contingency fund. Evaluation of performance of the program will include scheduled meetings of department heads, identifying customer opinion and most importantly financial analysis. |
