Island Cove Resort and Leisure Park is a relatively new resort located in Binakayan, Cavite. It has provided ample services and facilities although improvements in its service delivery system may be considered. The service plan aims to increase sales by 10% from the 1999 projected sales of Php 130,772,892.40 to year 2000 projected sales of Php 143,850,184.90 after one year. It also expects to reach a total sales revenue of Php 160,000,000 after 2 years. Forecasts may be attained by the implementation of the proposed service development programs which primarily develop and improve the customer experience. Awareness may be increased by 65% of the domestic target market by implementing the proposed advertising and promotion campaigns. The entire service plan would require an investment of Php 4,077,519.84 with a 10% contingency fund. Evaluation of performance of the program will include scheduled meetings of department heads, identifying customer opinion and most importantly financial analysis.
