With this in mind the proponents of this thesis paper developed a service plan that would help the company enhance their current status. This service plan that would help the company enhance their current status. This service plan discusses the possible measures that the company can undertake in realizing more favorable results in the improvement of the company. Programs were mainly focused in increasing customer preference and improving employee morale of the company. Strategies and programs designed were focused on how to achieve the goal of establishing Air Philippines as a preferred low cost domestic airline company that foster an atmosphere of team building among employees. Service Models are presented to help the reader further understood the reasons behind the programs and recommendations made by the group. An investment plan shows the breakdown of expenses for the proposed program which amounted to Php 4, 146, 311.00 this can be considered a small amount compared to the targeted increase in passenger revenue which is Php 160, 056,052 (5%) of a 5% increase in market share of 43,813 passengers with the implementation of programs. Current resources of the companies were considered in designing the programs to be able to cut down on costs but produce maximum for Air Philippines.
