Description
Summary:This research study primarily focused on the perception of the Managers and Sales Representatives of the branches of Great Wall Company located in Metro Manila on the effects of workplace romance to the job productivity and job involvement of the sales representatives of the said company. The researchers gathered information from all fourteen (14) Sales Representatives (nine (9) from Great Wall North EDSA and five (5) from Great Wall Alabang-Zapote) and seven (7) Managers (two (2) from Great Wall North EDSA and five (5) from Great Wall Alabang-Zapote) of Great Wall Company. Interviews with three (3) Psychologists were also conducted to further dwell into the issue. The results were analyzed through frequency and percentage distribution tables and correlation. From this, the researchers found out that the perception of the Managers and the Psychologists were similar. On the other hand, the Sales Representatives thought otherwise.
