Kaimo, Gabriel Y. Valenzuela, Alfonso Luis K. This research paper delves into a topic which is unfamiliar and ground-breaking in the Philippine context, Spiritual Intelligence and its effect on Job Satisfaction. This is the first publicly available study in the Philippines which attempts to make a link be-tween spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction. There have been similar studies outside of the Philippines and some of those were used as reference in the review of related lit-erature section. To be more specific a spiritual intelligence questionnaire was adopted from the study of Amram and Dryer (2008) while the job satisfaction questions were taken from a study conducted by Skalli, et al. (2007) - brief discussions of the incremen-tal roles of these works among others can be found in the Review of Related Literature section. The study is conducted by sampling nurses from a hospital located in the Phil-ippines which will be referred to as hospital X throughout this paper. In a hospital with over 1000 employees, a sample of 48 nurses was obtained and this sample indicated a statistically significant and positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and job satisfaction. 2013-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17946 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Business Administration, Management, and Operations
