The results of this paper revealed that there is a positive perceived effect to the well-being of employees after they have participated in the workplace wellness programs implemented by their respective companies. Based from the conducted surveys and interviews, it was discovered that five out of seven wellness programs are common among the three participating companies. These types of wellness programs that are common among all are weight control, physical exercises, wellness seminars, health risk assessment, and other types of wellness programs that the company has. Meanwhile, only some are offering stress management and smoking cessation. 2012-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/17949 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Business Administration, Management, and Operations |
