Unfortunately, there is a lack of awareness that such restaurant exists in Greenbelt due to its low visibility. In addition, many individuals view Museum Café simply as a café and not as a full-service restaurant that offers full sets of meal. The paper focuses on maximizing the capability of the restaurant to further perfect the overall experience of the customers. Products and add-ons are proposed based on the findings and insights derived from the research the group has conducted. The paper also consists of proposed year-long promotions and advertising programs that aim to strengthen the people’s awareness about the restaurant, to increase its sales, and to further establish the restaurant’s image as a full-service restaurant that provides excellent service, food quality, and ambiance. The investments for the said programs are minimal, but the effects are gradual and are yearlong.
