It was founded in 2008 as a marketing affiliate of top consultancy firm Francorp Philippines. Until October 2011, U-Franchise marketing services were limited to Francorp clients only. With the unique service offering marketing services for franchisors as long as they have a franchise model the company's goals are to increase awareness, number of franchisors, and franchisees. Specifically, the company plans to increase awareness to 50%, increase the current franchisors from 23 to 30, to retain 100% of the current franchisor clients, and to sell a total of 300 franchises all of these goals are intended to be achieved on the first year. In order to achieve these objectives, the company will have to create a multi-functional database of all its leads, franchisees, franchises, and sales track records to have the essential information organized. Cost-efficient strategies using below the line advertising aimed at the target market shall be implemented as the company is on a tight budget. Sales pitch and spiels shall be used as a standard for telemarketing. A budgeted but efficient investment plan of Php45,280 is required for the implementations of all the strategies.
