Description
Summary:Aftercare is the last phase of rehabilitation this is the phase wherein residential rehabilitation patients are allowed to work or study and live outside of the facility. With this in mind, the researchers aim to answer: 1. What factors did the participants perceive to have aided them in reintegrating to society? and 2. What helped the participants maintain their sobereity after their process? In order to answer these questions, the qualitative approach was used, utilizing the semi-structured interview format to gather data. Four participants in the aftercare phase were selected for the interviews. This study is centered on the aftercare phase and how it helps these participants in staying sober.
