Description
Summary:In today's highly competitive market, public relations (PR) plays a very important role. Consumers nowadays are more intelligent and skeptical that reaching out to them has become more difficult. To communicate with them, a more personal touch is needed. This is where PR comes in. It focuses on giving experience and valuable information to the consumers through media other than focusing on a sales pitch, which is advertising's role. It is literally building a relationship between the consumer and the brand (and a relationship should be paid attention to). In 2008, Monsters Centaur Production, Inc. was established by partners, William Hsu and Charmaine Palermo, in the Philippines. Although Monsters is established in the Philippines, their services extend internationally and provide a wide array of creative services with the use of traditional and non-traditional marketing. They first started as an events production company and later, focused on public relations. Monsters is an underdog as compared to other PR firms mainly consisting of four members: William Hsu as managing director, Charmaine Palermo as managing partner and head stylist, Erwin Tagaro as assistant and Lito Reyes as company driver. The company takes pride in providing clients with customized full service one-stop solutions. There are three main missions that Monsters serves: First is to establish a personal, long-standing relationship with each client while focusing on their client's return on investment second, they aim to provide their clients with unmatched quality of services at the lowest costs, and lastly, they strive to remain at the forefront of the industry through constant research and development and innovation. Monsters is open to all emerging media and integrates time-tested method with new technologies. Seattle's Best Coffee, Sanuk, United Colors of Benetton are just a few of Monsters clients.
