The samples were tested for the presence of coliform organisms and the microbial load was determined.The microbial loads ranged from 5.9 X10 to 1.02 X10 cfu/g for meats and 0 to 7.7 X10 cfu/ml for water. The results also showed that of the ten meat dish samples collected, six were positive for coliforms. Of the ten water samples collected, six samples were below standard.
