Treatment were done by mixing the given doses to their regular 5 mg food pellets. The last group served as the control group receiving the same amount of food. Cyclosporin-A effects on the kidney showed historical abnormalities. Generally, cellular edema, tubular swelling, hyalinization and lymphocyte infiltration were observed in the Cyclosporin-A treated kidneys. Increasing concentration of the drug was in parallel with the severity of the damage. Most damage was observed on the last week of treatment. 1995-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/1266 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Cyclosporin-A Mice Immunosuppressive agents Peptides Kidneys Drugs |
