Microbial analysis of barbecued chicken intestines isaw, sold along Carriedo, Manila
Barbecued chicken intestines, isaw, sold along Carriedo, Manila were studied. Among the 30 specimens analyzed, only one was found to be positively contaminated with fecal coliform. None of the 30 samples was found contaminated with either Salmonella or Shigella.
