Their foreign donors demand more relevant and timely information specifically on the effectiveness of the non-profit organization and responsible management of donations. In line with this, the researcher created a Donor Retention Program which consists of a major revamp on BPs website to enhance its relationship-building capacity by incorporating dialogical features. It highlights the importance of establishing two-way communication between the NPO and their donors. Also included in the program is an organizational manual to give the organization more flexibility and continuity for any future revisions that is needed to adapt to the changes in their environment. 2014-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_bachelors/2656 Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Interpersonal and Small Group Communication
