Two samples were purchased each month and analyzed for the presence of Salmonella Staphylococcus and fecal coliforms particularly Escherichia coli. The results obtained after performing the standard procedures set by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) indicated a consistent (100%) presence of all the pathogens aimed to be detected.
