A total of thirty subjects were collected for interviewing purposes. At the end of the data gathering, the findings were processed for presentation. From the subjects' answers, it was gathered that the top two reasons for professional jealousy were promotion and esteem from others. The two manifestations mentioned were verbal and non-verbal behavior. The effects that were revealed were either work-related or relationship related.
