Through purposive convenience sampling, questionnaires were administered to eighty-eight (88) call center team leaders and individual interviews were conducted with twelve (12) of the respondents. The results were found to be contrary to past literature, as the respondents defined work life balance unconventionally and they rarely used telecommunication devices at work for personal purposes and outside work for work purposes.
