Interviews of four children relating their childhood experiences with and without their parents, their perceptions of Martial Law, their stand on societal issues, and their aspirations for the Philippines are shown in the documentary. Actual footage of the declaration of Martial Law, the Plaza Miranda bombing, and communist activities are also included. There are also video-taped newspaper articles about the events before and during Martial Law.
