Description
Summary:Tracer study on Lasallian CPAs for the years 2002-2006 was done in order to explore the initial career moves, career changes and transitions and personal future career plans of Lasallian CPAs for the said inclusive years. Proportional stratified random sampling was utilized in order to represent each stratum property. Respondents were contacted mainly through electronic mail. The data collected from the respondents were analyzed using binomial testing for the hypotheses and descriptive statistics for the rest of the data. Results show that majority of the CPAs choose to initially work at an auditing firm, had limited number of transitions which such transitions are caused by Psychological factors and are planning to go abroad in the future.
