Description
Summary:With the growing concern towards keeping a healthy body and staying fit, demand for fitness centers is very high. Most people go for weight training and aerobics for this purpose. Gym and aerobic centers also provide a place for relaxation and a venue for socialization. Residents of Paranaque go as far as Makati just to workout because of the lack of establishments offering these services. There are only a handful of fitness centers in Paranaque particularly in Sucat. And among these, the most popular is Eumorpho Gym which is privately-owned by a well known TV personality, Gerry Geronimo of Ating Alamin in PTV 4.To answer this growing need for a fitness center, our group has decided to establish a gym and aerobic center in the heart of Sucat. The proposed gym and aerobic center along Sucat Road which will be called Body Tune aims to cater to the health needs of the residents of Paranaque, both men and women, belonging to the socio-economic classes A and B, giving more attention to work beginners and the young executives or those belonging to the age bracket of 19-36 years. Body tune will offer weight training programs -- weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance or muscle toning, body building and powerlifting -- as well as aerobic programs. Each program will be personally supervised by well selected and trained instructors and instructresses. An in-house nutritionist will be providing the required diet suited for each individual. An in-house physician will also be available for physical examination, consultation and even for cases of emergencies. Prospective clients are given the privilege to choose their preferred payment schemes. Body Tune has three -- per session, monthly and lifetime basis. A membership fee of P 500 is required upon enrolling for the first time. Enrollment fees are as follows: Per session basis: Weight training programs P 100/session Aerobics P 80/session Monthly basis: Weight training programs 600/month Aerobics P 450/month Lifetime Program 30,000/person A client who has been satisfied with the services that we offer and who has decided to avail of our lifetime program will be issued a lifetime membership card and can avail of the gym and aerobic facilities at any time. Body Tune Gym and Aerobic Center will be located at 8195 Dr. A. Santos Ave., Sucat, Paranaque, Metro Manila. The center is a newly constructed two- building specifically designed for fitness centers with an area of 200 square meters. It will be rented for ten years at P 30,000 a month subject to a 10 percent increase every year. Aside from the spacious aerobic area located at the ground floor of the building and the gym area at the second floor, other facilities of the gym includes shower rooms and comfort rooms, lockers, and a specialty kiosk offering health food and food supplements, as well as, gym and aerobic apparel and accessories. Body Tune, a fully air-conditioned fitness center, has the standard and latest gym equipment's. A sound system will be installed in order not to bore clients during their workout. Body Tune will operate Mondays thru Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Our feasibility group decides to register Body Tune Gym and Aerobic Centre as a stock corporation having authorized capital stock of P2,000,000 divided into 200,000 shares of P 10 par value. A total of eight incorporators will be subscribing and paying for 10,000 shares each at a cost of P100,000.
