In Pursuit of a better cup: a documentary about Specialty coffee is a 20-minute documentary that shows the different processes that go behind a cup of specialty coffee, as well as the communities and the people that make up the specialty ot third wave coffee movement. The documentary also tackles the importance of quality and how the different stages from sourcing, roasting up until serving it to its consumers play a critical role in the entire process of making specialty coffee special and different from the prior ways of consuming coffee. It is told from the perspective of different roasters and baristas.
