The respondents of the study composed of a total of 120, having 60 contractual and 60 regular employees. This study made use of 15-item questionnaire based on Job Satisfaction Survey by Spector and a 52-item questionnaire based on A Worker Motivation Scale by South & Wherry and Pearon's Correlation and T-test as statistical tools.
