Description
Summary:This research project aims to automate the process of making dirty ice cream. It includes automating the dispensing, weighing, mixing, heating, and cooling processes with the help of different devices, sensors, and components. The highlight of the research project is to make the machine viscosity-based in terms of the heating process. The microcontroller is the brain of the machine, therefore it is responsible for sending signals to the other components of the machine such as the solenoid valves from the dispensing process, the load cell and solenoid valves in the weighing process, the speed sensor, mixer, induction stove, temperature sensor, and solenoid valves from the mixing and heating process, and the flow sensor and mixer from the cooling process. The resulting dirty ice cream product of the machine shows that it is comparable to the dirty ice cream sold from street carts. The machine helps the dirty ice cream laborers lessen their physical work.
