The respondents consisted of 87 employees with high-risk jobs. The researchers made use of a standardized scale that will measure Job Satisfaction, specifically the Job Description Index. Descriptive Statistics were used to analyze the results. The t-test for Independent Groups was used to contrast the two groups.
