Summary: | This thesis defends the notion that an event is an appropriate medium for an organization to communicate its organizational culture to its internal members. The organization aims to communicate a best practice, which is their organizational culture. The communication event was a 1-day fiesta-themed event. A qualitative method for studying organizational culture helped shape the event. Post evaluation of the event revealed that the event was successful.
