Summary:Information and communication technology, like mobile devices, can be used to improve the teaching and learning process. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behaviour, this study investigates present attitudes, subjective norms, and behavioural control of Filipino results of the quantitative phase, via multiple regression analysis showed that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioural control significantly predict intention, F(3, 379) = 243.84, p < .05, R2 = .66., with subjective norms contributing the highest. The results of the qualitative phase further explained how the mentioned variables affected teachers intentions.
