總結:Congestion Pricing is believed to have an adverse effect on demand for roads, suggesting the motorist react different congestion pricing policies by decreasing their demand for road use. It is of equal importance however, to determine the Pareto improvement in determining the congestion price that could reduce the traffic congestion and enhance the social welfare of motorists. Our group developed a well-designed guide that presents the process of arriving at the congestion price that could aid future road planning. To ensure the validity and a accuracy of our guide, we tested it on a small-scale sample in the Nichols-Merville Exit are (Southbound) along South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and West Service Road (WSR). We conclude that congestion problem and is not welfare enhancing for the road users.
