Our group developed a well-designed guide that presents the process of arriving at the congestion price that could aid future road planning. To ensure the validity and a accuracy of our guide, we tested it on a small-scale sample in the Nichols-Merville Exit are (Southbound) along South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and West Service Road (WSR).
