Summary: | This study presents in writing an administrative-faculty handbook for St. Paul School of San Rafael, Bulacan, that would help the administrative officers and the faculty members achieve the objectives for which the school was founded. This study made use of the descriptive method of research. Data was gathered through interviews. Other sources of data were the Paulinian documents, relevant laws of the Philippines, manuals of relevant government entities, and other available administrative manuals. The proposed Administrative-Faculty Handbook explains the role and functions of each member in the organizational set-up and of each faculty member. It also states the policies regarding the faculty members and gives their rights, duties and privileges. |
