Summary: | This study investigated on the relationship between perceived employee wellness and the organizational factors of work shift and work hours and the individual factors of employee health card utility rate, employee common illnesses and the attrition data due to health reasons. The Perceived Wellness Survey was administered to 400 employees of NET IT Company. Hypotheses on the relationship among the above mentioned variables were tested using the Pearsons Product Moment of Coefficient. The results revealed that there was a significant relationship between perceived employee wellness and work hours and health card utility rate and there was no significant relationship between perceived employee wellness and work shift. |
