This can be achieve by a generic strategy focus on differentiation. Considering that BDO is competing in a fragmented industry, the key strategy towards achieving its goals and objectives is differentiation in serving its niche market by pursuing forms of uniqueness in terms of efficiently performing primary activities, most valuable to clients.
