This lead me to challenge the status quo. With this project, I aimed to: (1) lower tardiness from 7 to 3 per month; (2) attain zero complaint on account servicing; and (3) lower Securities Salaries and Expenses by 20%. In addressing the issue, first I identified whether my colleagues know and understand our policy on Attendance and Punctuality. My interview revealed that each branch has different understanding and interpretation of the policy. Then, I have used Lewins Force Field Analysis to effectively come up with interventions that would address the issue. I also used Lewins Change Model to initiate change in the organization.
