Description
Summary:This action research paper was conducted to improve the skills of ALFS Company’s employees through mentoring and on the job learning. Furthermore, strengthening their work structure through job analysis. Guided by the Integral Human Development framework and the GRPI model, the action research identified and addressed the current issue of the company, and realized the opportunity to standardize the job structure to ensure that employees are dependable and efficient. Collaborators undertook two cycles; the first cycle determined that there was an issue of the skills gap, fills in the necessary skills, and mastered those skills. The second cycle explored the opportunity to enhance the current structure and improve performance. Other than the manifestation of productivity and ability to do the job better, indicators of success are seen as the employees are now more engaged and motivated in the workplace.
