| Summary: | The main focus of the Action Research is improving the current Ways of Working in managing emails and task assignment. This has provided resolution to the main issue which is the inefficiency in Email Management and Task Assignment. With collaboration amongst the members – Senior Associate, Associate and IT Consultant, I was able to complete this Action Research paper. The Demand Capture manager’s brief participation and approval also has helped in achieving the objectives of this paper which are addressing customer and market requests in a timely manner, and managing workload to achieve customer satisfaction. To properly address the issue, meetings and interviews with the collaborators have been conducted. I learned that email plays a very big part in our company’s communications, hence this Action Research paper played a significant role in improving Email Management. I also learned that collaboration and teamwork is very important in undertaking issues which contribute to company’s success. |
