A separate analysis of the problem discussed in this study is given for each of the three papers. The first paper focuses on human behavior problems within a typically traditional organization. Certain leadership styles and behavioral patterns and acceptable administrative practices are analyzed and discussed. The main objective of this study is to develop an acceptable management philosophy that deals with Filipino cultural values and expectations, which is at the same time consistent with the demands of modern Philippine business for greater efficiency and flexibility. The second paper delves primarily into the dynamics of human motivation in a highly stable business organization. It illustrates the relationship between worker’s performance and his individual needs, his morale on the job and his work expectation. It also emphasizes the importance of effective communication and smooth interpersonal relationships in the overall efficiency of the organization. The third paper presents the interrelationship between the subjective and objective factors in the decision-making function of a Filipino administrator. It emphasizes the need for objectivity in the formulation of an effective buying policy for a manufacturing firm. 1971-04-01T08:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/135 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etd_masteral/article/6973/viewcontent/TG00100_F2_Redacted.pdf Master's Theses English Animo Repository Organizational behavior—Philippines Industrial and Organizational Psychology
