The descriptive survey type of study was used to describe the supervisory practices of principals in selected Catholic elementary schools under study. The primary instrument utilized for data-gathering was the checklist type of questionnaire. The interview technique was also used in order to secure other information needed in the study. There were 26 schools respondents with a total teachers respondents of 360. The statistical tests used to test the hypothesis was the one-way analysis of variance. Percentage and arithmetic mean were used in the personal data of respondents. Weighted means were utilized in order to determine the ratings of teachers in each supervisory practice. In the light of the findings, the following conclusions were drawn : 1. There were more female teachers in the Catholic elementary schools of Greater Manila. 2. Majority of the teachers were within the range age of 23 to 33 years old. 3. Teachers did not stay longer in one school. 4. There were schools who have teachers with ETC graduates. 5. Twenty percent of the total respondents have earned some MA units. 6. Majority of the teachers came from State colleges of universities and Catholic institutions. 7. There were no significant differences in the teachers' perceptions on current supervisory practices in Catholic elementary schools of Greater Manila. 8. There were no significant differences in the teachers' perceptions of each of the seven areas of the supervisory practices within each school. 9.
