The study is a situational analysis of four (4) diocesan secondary schools of Ilagan, Isabela. The knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of each school served as basis for planning a particular school's future course of action. The study used the descriptive method of research which involved the description, recording, analysis and presentation of the existing conditions or realities through the survey method. Content analysis was also done using the survey questionnaires and checklists. The research instruments and processes utilized were: 1. Socio-economic survey of Schools A, B, C, and D's clientele 2. Checklist of educational goals for parents, students, faculty and administrators 3. PAASCU self-survey forms for high school. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Institutional analysis show that based from the PAASCU scale and as surveyed by the faculty, administration, and other school personnel, an urgent need for a development plan is perceived for the purpose of rending quality educational service and attainment of the school's mission and objectives 2. Since majority of the clientele belonged to the low income bracket, viability of the four schools is not feasible through yearly increase in tuition and other school fees. Funds from external sources are needed for the enrichment and upgrading of its educational services 3.
