Summary:This study examines the correlation between administrative service-related factors and incentive structure among Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) Tertiary Commission member schools in the National Capital Region (NCR).The schools included in the study were: 1) Letran College, 2) san Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc., and 3) St. Joseph's College. These three schools were randomly selected from among the 23 schools in each stratum of big, medium and small schools classification. The instruments used in the study were the Factors Important in My job (FIMJ) Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ) and Self-Administered Questionnaire. The study concluded that all motivation and hygiene factors such as work itself, achievement, responsibility, working condition, technical supervision and interpersonal relationship are important in the job of administrators. Generally, they are all satisfied in their jobs with responsibility, work itself, achievements and recognition as predominant sources of their satisfaction. Salary, company policy and administration, technical supervision, growth and advancement as well as recognition are their felt needs.
