The study concluded that all motivation and hygiene factors such as work itself, achievement, responsibility, working condition, technical supervision and interpersonal relationship are important in the job of administrators. Generally, they are all satisfied in their jobs with responsibility, work itself, achievements and recognition as predominant sources of their satisfaction.
