In addition, it identified the issues that arise in the practice of Human Resource Management. Employing a descriptive-comparative type of research, the data were gathered from 60 middle to upper level management Human Resource practitioners. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the one-way analysis of variance.The data revealed that the profile of the middle to upper management Human Resource practitioners in this study are predominantly female and have an average age of 32.25. Most of them (61.7 percent), have an undergraduate degree in psychology. Almost 50 percent of them have taken units or have graduated with a masters degree. Majority of the 50 percent (23.3 percent) have majored in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and only (5 percent) have taken up doctorate studies. Majority of them (65 percent), had Human Resource Management related jobs as their first job and (81.6 percent) had HR-related jobs before their present one.
