The perceived advantages were related to the family, the career and individual. Dual-career couples share a strong relationship and a level of understanding that let them support each other willingly. Financial stability is also attained. Both partners strive for real family quality time. Intellectual companionship is present in the lifestyle. Dual-career professionals are better-rounded individuals as brought about by their being involved in both a career and a family.
