Description
Summary:This study determines the leadership dimensions and psychological well-being of top level and middle level female school administrators of the Holy Spirit schools in the Philippines. The participants were 65 administrators of three Holy Spirit schools in the Philippines. To assess the levels as of their leadership dimensions and their psychological well-being the Leadership Opinion Questionnaire Scale and Wellness-Mental Health Checklist Scale were administered, respectively. The data were analyzed applying Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and analysis of Variance (ANOVA) one way separately. The findings of the study showed that in the leadership dimensions, the female administrators, both at the top level and middle level of the three Holy Spirit Schools in the Philippines, obtained high scores on Structure, but low scores on Consideration. Among the Psychological Well-Being variables, the respondents had high scores on Spirituality and Mental Wellness, but average scores on Emotional Wellness and Interpersonal Relationship. The correlation Coefficient results of administrators in leadership dimension of both on the top level and middle level administrators in terms of Structure and Consideration show significant relationship with the three Psychological Well-Being factors particularly: Spirituality, Emotional Wellness, and Interpersonal Relationship. The results of the ANOVA disclosed that there was a significant difference between top level and middle level administrators of the Holy Spirit Schools in Metro Manila.
