Resilience is essential for any company to withstand and recover quickly from difficult conditions. Understanding the various factors affecting this important aspect is important for Dessert Factory, as a service business. In this study, the researchers investigated the impact of Innovation on Organizational Resilience of Dessert Factory. Using an online survey, the researchers were able to collect data from 45 respondents, from the different branches of Dessert Factory. A total of seven hypotheses was formulated with .05 level of significance. Linear regression model was built to test the research hypotheses, specifically the impacts and relationships of the independent variables: Innovation which consist of Propensity to create or adopt new products, Propensity to create or adopt new process and propensity to create or adopt new business. To the dependent variables: Adapting capability, coping capability and Anticipation capability. The results show that all the independent variables exhibited a significant positive impact on one another.
