This is a case study on a restaurant named Eway’s Grill. Organizational learning is the process of gaining and transferring knowledge within members in an organization. Innovation is the addition of new products/services, policies and procedures in a business. Business flexibility is how businesses respond or strategize to changes or problems they encounter. Business networks describe an organization’s relationship with stakeholders whether internal or external. Business resilience is characterized by a business’ capability to survive and adapt to problems they encounter in a turbulent environment. The researchers were able to construct a framework that proposes that organizational learning, innovation, business flexibility and business networks are factors that contribute to business resilience. The researchers formulated propositions in relation to the framework constructed. In this research, data was collected through the use of interviews and surveys. The respondents were mainly the co-founders, employees and customers of the case subject: Eway’s Grill. The primary data was collected through the interview and the survey is a tool to validate the interview answers and propositions.
