Description
Summary:Team building, knowledge management, and organizational culture have been particular subjects that are associated with organizational performance, but there are not many studies that relate them all to the dependent variable. This paper aims to solve the problem “Do team building, knowledge management, and organizational culture create an impact on organizational performance in the banking industries in the Philippines, specifically in the case of Banco de Oro in both the Leon Guinto and Pedro Gil Branch?” To achieve this, the researchers conducted surveys on the employees and interviews with the respective branch managers and used different analysis tools to assess whether the aforementioned variables have a significant impact on organizational performance. The findings show that the independent variables have a high positive correlation with organizational performance and are statistically significant. Qualitative data was also able to support the data from the respondents. Additionally, the researchers recommend that the organization should frequently conduct employee surveys to recognize potential factors, affecting employees' motivation, that need to be solved. It is also recommended that the organization should focus on its employee’s well-being and interpersonal skills which promotes an increase in performance while finding ways to make knowledge management more efficient.
